PinellasHousehold Electronics and Chemical Collection Center to reopen June 1.

Pinellas County’s Household Electronics and Chemical Collection Center (HEC3) located at 2855 109th Ave. N, St. Petersburg, will reopen Monday, June 1, 2020 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for the collection of unwanted household electronics and chemicals.

For the safety of customers and staff, the handling of items has changed:

* Staff and customers shall practice CDC social distancing guidelines of 6 feet.
* Customers are required to unload items from their vehicles.
* For larger items like TVs, staff will advise customers to place items on a cart or on the ground.

Electronics and chemicals generated by businesses are not accepted at HEC3.
