FEMA is constantly refining evacuation zones and this is the map that we will use for the 2024 hurricane season.
These are the evacuation zones. Sometimes you will hear the TV meteorologists mention other letters but they are specific to special circumstances in other parts of Florida. In 33707 we are either Zone A or Zone B.
Now let’s zoom in on our neighborhood and you will see some of our neighborhood is in Zone B. Those properties have changed some over the years, occasionally adding or removing them from the B map.
