Welcome to the Pasadena Golf Club Estates neighborhood! We’re thrilled to have you as part of our community. Our Civic Group focuses on beautifying the area, connecting neighbors, and ensuring our community remains safe, attractive, and well-maintained. We hold three general meetings each year, featuring educational programs from the Pinellas Sheriff and discussions on neighborhood issues. We also host various community events, including a spring block party, first Friday happy hour, kids fishing tournament, Halloween cul-de-sac party, Christmas dinner, Christmas caroling, and a Christmas boat parade party.
2025 Membership Drive Please fill out the 2025 Membership Application to receive the new Neighborhood Directory, available early 2025. You can mail it or bring it to the general meeting or Halloween Party with a check or cash ONLY. All these benefits, along with the upkeep of common areas, are provided for the modest yearly association dues of $40. Yes, really, only $40 per year!
General Meeting – Wednesday, October 9, 7:00 PM Church Rec Room, back of building parking, 5800 15th Ave. S. Join us at our next general meeting, chaired by Eddie Cardieri. Pinellas Sheriff Dan Difrancesco will give a short presentation on current scams, prevention, and crime updates. This will be followed by the treasurer’s report, membership drive, neighborhood concerns, and information about our upcoming Halloween Party.Halloween Party and Potluck – Thursday, October 31, 5:30 to 6:30 PM The party will be held in the cul-de-sac at the east end of Fairway View Blvd S. It’s open to new and current members. Wear your costumes! The party starts at 5:30, with costume contests from 6:00 to 6:30. Prizes will be awarded to the winners. PGCECG will provide tables, chairs, hotdogs, potato chips, and water. Partygoers are encouraged to bring a side dish and any other beverages they’d like. Volunteers are needed! Please contact John Chambers at (239) 825-8933 if you can help. You can also join the Halloween committee at the next PGCE Civic Group general meeting.
We encourage all residents to get involved. We’re always working on adding more neighborhood events to connect people, so please follow us online to stay up to date. It’s easy to connect with your neighbors through our website, www.33707news.com, and our private Facebook group, Pasadena Golf Club Estates Neighborhood. The Facebook group is an excellent forum to stay updated on neighborhood happenings and ask questions.
