We noticed this conversation unfolding on a neighborhood chat board and wondered if anybody in our association has seen this issue. The people posting it have built a GoFundMe account but a) we don’t vouch for it and b) the fund does not say what happens if nobody is caught. But regardless, be nice to the birds.
