This week the City of St Pete will finish painting the Sun Runner access lanes on 1st Ave. South and North and that means anyplace you see the paint, you are not allowed to drive. No doubt you have seen the eight stops on both the north and south routes plus three downtown stops and five on the way to and on the beach. We know there has been no love lost during construction as drivers complain that the two streets that had timed lights now are squeezed down to two lanes.
